A committee is being put together to lead the way for setting standards for safe practice for Appearance Medicine Nurses. I read this article this morning which might be interesting about what makes a strong team. Surprise surprise women are better at it and are better at mind reading. Haha
The importance of working in groups and peer review is highly recognised and encouraged. I would be interested to see what groups other nurses in NZ have as forums.
